FMCSA-regulated drivers begin by logging into the Clearinghouse and selecting Richard Donovan as their SAP.
Complete the Initial Evaluation
Meet virtually for a comprehensive evaluation and receive an individualized education and/or treatment recommendation.
Complete the Recommendation
Participate in the education and/or treatment services recommended by the SAP.
Complete the Follow-Up Evaluation
Return for a follow-up evaluation after completing the required services.
Employer Determines the Next Step
After successful compliance, the employer may proceed with the required Return-to-Duty testing process.
