Initial evaluation
A secure video session to assess your situation and recommend education, treatment, or both.
Complete the recommendation
Complete the education, treatment, or both that your SAP recommends. I’ll give you options near you or online.
Follow-up evaluation
I review your participation and documentation and determine whether you have successfully complied with the recommendation.
Return-to-duty test
After successful SAP compliance, your employer decides whether to move forward and arranges the required return-to-duty test. A negative drug test result and/or a qualifying alcohol test result is required before you resume safety-sensitive duties.
Follow-up testing
After you return to safety-sensitive duties, your employer arranges unannounced testing under the written SAP follow-up testing plan.
