No. Successful SAP compliance allows you to proceed in the Return to Duty process. The employer determines whether and when you return to safety sensitive duties after all applicable requirements are satisfied.
You may generally use a qualified provider that can deliver the required services and provide appropriate documentation of compliance with the SAP recommendation.
